Step 3: Integrating your LinkedIn account

In order for your LinkedIn account to successfully connect to Rocketbrew, ensure you have the LinkedIn app downloaded to your personal device.

    • Settings > Sign in & security > Two-step verification > On > Choose either SMS or Authenticator app as your verification method

  • Ensure that Verifications notifications are ON for your device and turned OFF for email
    • Settings > Notifications > scroll down to Verifications > On > Get verified > Turn OFF Email

Under LinkedIn Settings, enter your LinkedIn login credentials to connect your account and follow the instructions on screen — it may take up to 5 minutes for the connection to establish.

Note: You will be prompted to tap "Yes" twice on the LinkedIn app.

Step 4: Under Calendar Settings, integrate your calendar (e.g., Google, Outlook) to allow for meeting scheduling and tracking.

Step 5: Under Calendar Settings, add a link to your meeting room (e.g., Zoom, Teams) without a passcode so it can be used for scheduling meeting invites.

Notes: Zoom users can access this link at zoom.com or zoom.us by logging in > selecting Meetings from the side bar > selecting Personal Room > clicking Edit > and selecting Waiting Room in place of the Passcode option.

Then, return to Personal Room to copy the invite link.

Notes: Google Meet users can access this link at meet.google.com by logging in > selecting New Meeting  > selecting Start an Instant meeting

In the meeting room, a pop-up window will appear > click Copy link to copy the custom link to your clipboard.

What to Expect Once Setup

Model Runs Autonomously

Rocketbrew’s AI takes over after setup, running campaigns and generating outreach messages without requiring your constant input.

No Need to Respond to Conversations

All conversations are handled by the system. Best practices are to minimize manual intervention to avoid potential drop offs or scheduling errors.

How Outreach is Sent

LinkedIn: Organic connection requests and follow-ups are sent directly from your profile.

Email: Outreach messages are sent through a secondary inbox to keep your primary inbox clean. Note that a secondary email inbox for sending outreach via Rocketbrew will be automatically set up and connected to your account.

What Happens When a Meeting is Booked

Email Notification

You'll receive an email notification confirming the meeting details.

See Notes in Your CRM

Rocketbrew automatically logs the meeting notes, including all conversations, in your CRM. Access them under the contact record or 'Activities' tab.
